Suggest venues that are ideal for your guest size and budget needs or discuss the logistics of hosting the wedding at a private residence
Recommend wedding vendors
Create day-of itinerary to be reviewed and approved by client for distribution to wedding professionals

Provide direction of ceremony procession for the wedding party, parents, ushers, musicians, readers, officiant and the couple
Deliver guest welcome bags & weekend itinerary to local hotel

Complete wedding day coordination from set-up to break-down with 1 assistant on location for up to 10 hours
Deliver & set up all wedding day items within the ceremony and reception spaces
Provide Emergency Kit
Distribute bridal party flowers and pin corsages / boutonnieres
Point of contact for all wedding professionals and coordinate their set-up & break down of ceremony and reception spaces
Work with entertainment, photographer, videographer and all other wedding professionals throughout the reception to ensure a flawless run of show
Deliver final payments / gratuities to wedding professionals if needed
Gather personal items and hand off to designated individual after the wedding
Above all … ensure the day runs as planned!
Our fee includes time, experience, labor and is based on your location, date and responsibilities of the planning team.
